The Bosch B5512E Control Panel is an intrusion and residential fire alarm system that supports up to 48 individually identified points, which can be a combination of hardwired and wireless points, and is organized into up to 4 areas with perimeter and interior control capabilities. The panel includes installer-friendly features such as an on-board USB port for on-site RPS programming and plug-in PSTN and cellular communication modules for simple installation and future upgrades.
The B5512 provides up to 43 programmable outputs (3 on-board, expandable to 40 off-board and virtual), with an auxiliary power output of 800 mA at 12 VDC and a maximum alarm output current of 1.3 A at 12 VDC. It supports up to 5 scheduled events (SKEDs), 4 IP cameras, and 40 RF points. The system allows for 50 user passcodes plus one installer passcode, with up to 255 stored events in the event log that include time, date, event, area, point, and user information. It also supports programmable authority levels, custom functions, and a bilingual user interface in English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese.
