Inovonics FA241-9 9 volt OEM transmitter.  Compatible with Frequency Agile series.  This transmitter was used in FA201 wireless smoke detector and possibly other 9 volt wireless products.  Three wire connection to devices, two wires connect to 9 volt power source and the third wire connects to either NO or NC output from device.
